It’s about how you deal with things when you encounter a weakness. I’m stuck with a manager that always makes it sound like the other side is being stupid, no matter what the rationale behind it is. I’m lucky, because I can overwhelm him with knowledge and superior ways that’s well beyond him, but man oh man, my less gifted colleagues are abused you have no idea.
ps. you ID verification thing loses the text when you click on “new ID”. Am I allowed to say that?
